Tracy Broadfoot founded TraCon Enterprises, LLC. in April of 2023, after serving in the Child Nutrition Program in our local school system for 17 years. Her husband Nelson Broadfoot offers his expert professional knowledge to her growing business, after retiring as a branch manager from United Rentals, Inc. in 2016. 

Nelson managed a very profitable and dependable branch in the equipment rental industry for 25 years. After retiring in 2016, Nelson helped his son Connor open his own equipment rental business under CBB Sales & Rental in 2018. After operating successfully for 4 years, Sunbelt Rentals purchased their operation. 

Since that time, Nelson and Tracy have had a vision to stay in the equipment industry , but this time from the sales side instead of the rental side. We believe our years of experience and customer service focus, will allow us to continue growing in the equipment and supply business.

Nelson and Tracy want to assist our customers in making the right decisions for their industrial and commercial equipment needs.  They believe they can offer their customers quality construction equipment and construction supplies, at affordable prices, without sacrificing service.
